Staff Training
The Orchid believes to achieve the best results it is critical that all staff are trained up to the highest standards. We have a range of training that helps all our employees not only clean to a high standard but also think about how to structure their cleaning, ensuring the best possible use of time.
We train our staff on which products will give the best results and how to utilise all of the resources provided effectively. Health and safety and how to look after the environment safely is also of critical importance, at The Orchid we believe our staff are our greatest asset, their wellbeing is our primary concern. In order to grow we promote an honest open forum where our staff are encouraged to feedback in order to better serve the clients needs. Working together in partnership with our clients we make sure our staff provide only the best service.
Health & Safety
Health & Safety / COSHH Before commencing a new contract a representative of The Orchid will assess your p
remises for any Health & Safety risks that may put your customers and employees health at risk. A risk assessment will then be put together highlighting any areas that may be a hazard, the level of risk and actions to be taken by the client in order to bring the premises in line with government regulations.
The Orchid will then supply equipment that has been safety checked (and will then be tested and examined at suitable intervals), plus consumables that will be used in the day to day cleaning. All consumables supplied by The Orchid are covered by COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations ensuring adequate control of any hazardous substances. By fulfilling our duty to our client and staff we can ensure that your mind is at ease to concentrate on your job.
